I love that this supplement is non hormonal because really thats the last thing we need, added hormones. Very Good to Use Even With HRT Seed for Inflammation
I love the FEM Perimeno Capsules, For Perimenopausal Women, Non-Hormonal Support for Mood Swings, Hot Flashes, Night Sweats, & Energy, Vegan, 30 Day Supply I am post-menopausal and look for any help I can get with getting better sleep, digestion, etc. I do an HRT seed and that helps. But doesn’t help with things like better sleep quality, inflammation and weight loss. These do actually help with that. I’ve slept better since I’ve started taking these. Only a month out so far. And I know that it takes two months to start seeing effect in some people. Easy to take one capsule a day with a 30 day supply. Good quality ingredients. I’m glad this is made in France.

An excellent non hormonal choice
This seems like an excellent non hormonal choice for potentially relieving perimenopause symptoms. I cannot take any hormones so I spoke with my internist and she said I could try it for a month to see if I feel any relief. I have been taken it five days now, and though I haven’t had any noticeable reduction in night sweats and sleep disruptions, I will stay with this program for 25 more days. I will update this review at that time. At that point I will also decide if I will buy a second package for another month. These dietary capsules have no smell and no taste whatsoever, which I appreciate, but they are large. So I drink a full glass of water when I swallow them. No issues at all with the water. I really cannot comment on the value of this item versus others, but it seems pricey to me for one month.
